Personal Development

EI Development Programme: (Part 1)

Description
You don’t have to be the smartest person in the world to be the most successful. People with average IQs often tend to perform better in the workplace than individuals with high IQs. Emotional intelligence (EQ) is a strong predictor of success.

Emotional intelligence, in a nutshell, is the skill of detecting and understanding your own emotions as well as the emotions of other people. People who are emotionally intelligent are also good at managing their own emotions and helping others manage theirs.

This programme is designed to develop your emotional intelligence on a personal and professional level and is divided into 3 components:

Part 1: Provides a detailed overview of Emotional Intelligence, the five composite scales and a development plan
Part 2: Based on your development plan you focus on specific subscales and work through the content provided
Part 3: Consists of a self-reflecting exercise to increase awareness and nudge you into action.
